The Shariah program is a co-development partnership that has been strategically designed as an interest-free option for investors. Our investors are repaid on an agreed profit share structure based on capitalization, increased valuation or an agreed purchase price upon exit. This program is not offered to borrowers for single-family residential purchases.

DEVELOPERS SEEKING CAPITAL FOR SOFT COST OR COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION
Term: Developers can borrow with no interest payment up to 18 months
Purpose: Interest-free finance, joint venture, co-development – Real Estate Development only.
Return: Subject to transaction type, asset class, capital request, term, borrowers contribution, co-development structure, location, and exit.
